  • Needs support for emulating CSS protection on DVD videos

    Daemon tools needs support for emulating the css protection on dvd videos protected with it, of course a dvd-rom drive is required. Pretty much do similiar things that slysoft's anydvd does.

    As you allready said, AnyDVD is the answer. DT is in first place for emulating images of Games and Applications and not for DVD Videos.
    So i think there wouldnt be such a feature for CSS Protection.

      What for? Which software creates CSS protected image files?
      Daemon Tools does NOT crack/decrypt etc. any protection.

        SlySoft gets away with producing and selling AnyDVD only because they're located in a country where the MPAA and such can't do anything to them. If DTools supported decrypting CSS, it would be shut down and we'd lose a great piece of software.
