Bootable Drive for USB Flash Drives

It would be great if you could develop a method of creating a bootable virtual drive for a USB Flash Drive. Similar to the U3 method or HP Boot utility only for CDROM/DVD images. Heck, I would pay to be able to load ISO on a flash drive and selectively boot to an image. HP Boot utility is limited in the fact you have to use a Floppy Image or create a Virtual Hard drive.

Gave it a try

ISOemu didn't work for me. Everytime it would restart my system when the boot was attempted. I tried using WHAX and Whoppix 2.7. No luck.
