Install Pro Trial Version to add SPTD 1.58 to your system, then deinstall Pro and install DT Lite. Might lock up at 1st Lite start, but after a reboot it worked fine for me (installing it on win 7, 32bit).
Just a workaround till DT Lite is beeing updated or a standalone SPTD is out.
