Thats my litle suggestion.
I can mount that format, and works perfectly. But, i have to select "All files" option everytime i want to mount it and is annoying.
.img is supported as CloneCD image only, where you should mount the .ccd TOC file, .img mounted via all files is mounted as .iso, thus if it works without problems rename your .img files to .iso and you're done.
