    cdrdao .toc mounting support

    Hello

    CDRDAO is a commandline tool for working with cds and it supports building image files. It uses a .bin + .toc pair. It supports various sector formats, 2048/2352/2352+16/2352+96.

    Would the dev team consider adding support for mounting cdrdao images (mode 2352+96 too please) using cdrdao's toc files?
