Well, I haven't seen the structure changes for the latest version, and I don't know if the API will still be released under similar terms or if it has changed, so what I'm saying may not be significative, but I would like to suggest that for the AMD64 bit architecture, both versions of the control library (32/64) are supplied and operative so it's not mandatory to access it from native 64 bit processes (f.e. daemon32.dll and daemon64.dll).

Re: 32/64 bit indistinct control dll functionality under AMD64
I started to talk about something else but I finally figured out that you'd like the 3rd Party Addons developers to not have to release 64-bit versions of their programs to be fully compatible with DAEMON Tools.
It takes the burden of 64-bit compatibility from the addon developers and places it on the DAEMON's Home team, heh I like that idea.the modern world:

I don't know if I got it wrong, but I understand there will be NO 64 verison of daemon tools? Becouse if it won't, it's a shame, cuz ther is no better virtual cd/dvd drive program then daemon tools. So please tell me their busy with the 64 bit version...
I have an oter OS running just for mounting game images!
