Future patches to remove blacklisting

I was wondering if it would be possible with DT4 to release small patches on a regular basis, to remove blacklistings.
Just like there are patches for games that update the protection to add new blacklistings.
So instead of waiting for a new DT release, it would be a lot easier to release small updates
