I often add .cdi extension to images allthough they are not Juggler images, but iso.
Daemon Tools 3.47 doesn't allow to open them until I change the extension back. Is it possible to add this feature in the future version?
No! All not-recognized image formats are already mounted as iso if possible, and .cdi is a different supported image file format.
So just leave the extension as it is and everything works fine.

I'm sure it wouldn't hurt anyone except take a programmer a few hours of sleep if DT would check for the header of image for file format instead of relying on the extension name.
Or at least use extension and then look the image header if that doesnt work.
