DVD Drive (E:) still displays after Uninstall

Hi,
I recently uninstalled Daemon Tools because I just bought a DVD-RW. When I go to My Computer, however, Daemon Tools' DVD Drive (E is still displayed. Using Windows' Device Manager, I have disabled it and then uninstalled it, but it keeps coming back. Could it be that there is some sort of Daemon application that still runs when I start Windows?

Have a look in the Common probs and solutions forum there are some threads about removing DT 4 and DT 3.

have you tried to search your computer of everything related to daemon?
