So I installed the new version, without unistalling the old and now the old version's drive does not dissapear. I saw this thread, but I'm not sure if it'll mess up the new version as well...
I gave me also the "Product not installed" error and I don't know what exatly I should do and in what order...
Which was the old version? For v3.43 - v3.47 check thread about error 25002 in common problems and solutions forum, reboot after the procedure.
If you're unsure about messing up the new version, un-install it, then do above procedure, reboot, and re-install.
