Help! cannot set E as driver letter! can you even do this?

When i go to change the parameters to E drive there is no E to select only drivers F to Z!!!! I don't have any other disc drives besides E so i need help hear!

You can not change the drive letter of Daemon Tools' devices to the one of your real device, it requires its own drive letter.
You can change the drive letter of your real device first, then change the Daemon Tools device, e.g. if you require the Daemon Tools device to be first drive letter in system.
