Virtual drives still present after manual uninstall

I first uninstalled daemon tools from add/remove programs, restarted, and my virtual drives all came back. I checked my Device Manager for the PnP Bios Extension, there is none. I checked my Windows/system32/drivers/ folder for d___.bus/sys, nothing. I checked my registry for keys containing d___ (tried all versions), nothing. The drives keep appearing every restart.

Which version did you have installed?
