Cant install DAEMON Tools

I wanted to install DAEMON Tools 4.0.3 X86 on my hard drive today, but there was a problem. I downloaded it, it ran through an install process, and i got to the part where it says to restart or to restart later. I clicked cancel and was doing things for about 10 minutes, then I restarted. Nothing changed on my computer, nothing in the quickbar, nothing added in Add/Remove Programs. I tried to reinstall it, so i redownloaded the file. Every time run the file, it restarts my computer. Please help.

I formatted my hard drive and tried to install it again, this time i clicked restart right away. It works perfectly.
