Cant install Daemon tools 4.0.3

I cant install daemon tools 4.0.3 It just says internal setup error. contact support. ive tryed many times but the same thing happends all the tome. i have windows xp home editiont SP2

Try to disable antivirus and maybe also firewall during installation.
Or do you use Dell system?

The are known issues on Dell systems with Embassy Suite and Broadcom Trusted Platform Module, so try to remove them, install Daemon Tools, then you can try to re-install the soft you removed.

Hi all

I have problem. If i trying install DT4HE on my notebook DELL Latitude D620, i will get error message "internal setup error. contact support".

I read this thread and i try uninstall the DELL EMBASSY suite. After uninstall i try install again DT4HE and everything was OK.

BUT!!! If i again install DELL EMBASSY suite, i will get error message from DT4HE (look at image):



If i again uninstall the DELL EMBASSY suite, the DT4HE start working perfectly.

Now, can anyone help me, wah i can and what i canot install form DELL EMBASSY suite ??

I think there are two items you should uncheck in the EMBASSY installer setup program but I can't remember what they are. Can you post a screenshot of the install screen with the installation options checkboxes?

also helpfull this information was supplied from a User with the same problem but with the Embassy Suite.

I uninstall complete this program. I don't use biometrical finger reader and i am just sudent, so i don't need "extra unicate super excelent ..... protection". Bios and system password is enough protection for me.

Hmmmm, maybe i install only WLAN crypter (Security Wizards) and no more.
