Unable to add adapter. Device problem 39.

Hello every one.
After going through this problem with "SPTD.SYS" and Failed to open config key" error msg. I managed to install Daemon-tools.
But every time I try to run daemon-tools I got this error "Unable to add adapter. Device problem 39." I have to note here that no scsi driver been installed by daemon-tools, and couldnt find anything about this error msg in forums, +I tried to reinstall program but that didn't help @all.

Check eventlog for error messages regarding dtscsi.sys (run eventvwr.msc). Post the complete error message incl. all binary bytes.

i can't trace anything in Eventlog manager for this error...
all i can show ya is this picture.
