    v4.0.3 - installer fails to run after installing

    I installed v4.0.3 x86 on my IBM T43 laptop and after installing I could not install anything else. The installer window would pop up but immed close and the application would not install. I unintalled v4.0.3 and installed v4.0.0 - now I can install applications.

    But still the DT icon will not auto appear in the systray when I reboot.
