4.03 incompatible with Vista build 5536

Windows Vista compatability check blocks the installation of the program, even when I try to run the program under XP SP2 mode, it still blocks it.

Now I used clone drive ... works perfectly ... just waiting for a version that works with Vista. But for that we will problebly have to wait till official Vista release

No sense in discussing each particular beta build. Next SPTD layer version will probably work again. We'll see then again in RC1 in September.
