ZOMG HELP, my computer freezes

ok, so i downloaded the latest Daemon tools, and it told me to restart to do the setup, when i restarted i logged in and it shut down and restarted it self. than when i logged back on again, it froze when xfire starded up, now it freezes alot of time, also when i try to install deamon tool again.

PLEASE help, if u have any other ways than reformating my computer!!!
