Update Scsi Pass Through Direct (sptd) - System File Write Error

I can't install Daemon Tools ver 4.03, I got this message:
"THIS PROGRAM WILL UPDATE SCSI PASS THROUGH DIRECT (SPTD) LAYER ON YOUR COMPUTER. WARNING - SPTD IS NOT COMPATIBILE WITH KERNEL DEBUGGERS........"

I press ok and then got this message: "System file write error"

System file write error means that there is a problem to write to System32\Drivers folder. Check the permissions of that folder. User who runs setup must be administrator, and must have full access to that folder.
