I cant get an image file to work on DT, it is a cue file and when i run it, it show the data on the CD instead of loading the game.

What do you expect to happen? If you want the autoplay feature to run, you've to enable autoplay in OS.
Which game btw? And don't use obsolete bin/cue format anymore. Re-create the image file from your original in appropriate image format (Alcohol or Blindwrite).
