Daemon Tools disabled my cd-rom

I set up Daemon tools to my computer last monthy,i removed it to set up again for a reason.After removing My computer disabled the cd-rom device and after that it says that device driver can not be loaded (code 39).I tried system restore weeks later but there was'nt any restore point before setting up d-tools.I recently bought my pc and i need that cd rom.Cd rom model is:TSSTcorp CD-R/RW SH-R522C

Windows tells me to remove it and search for new devices.I did it before and a question mark appears.I can't see the device in my computer.
