Can't install Daemon Tools 4.x ?

Hello,

I have some issues installing Daemon Tools 4. I try to install it; it says it has to reboot to continue the installation. I click OK, it reboots, and starts again... and tells me I have to reboot again. And again. And again. The SPTD Layer doesn't install, it seems.

I use Windows XP SP2, on a Dell laptop.

Any ideas?
