need help urgent! work pc wont start up!

Hello all, i got a problem after installing deamon tools (latest version)
and restarting the computer it wont sturt up.
when i'm trying to start windows normally it hungs ,and in safe mode it hungs on
sptd.sys
if i press stop loading this file, windows keep restarting.

This is my work computer and i need to sturt it up urgently!
