Which Windows services does DT (4.06) require for installation and running?

Have two differently configured system here. One is optimized for gaming (not necessary services deactivated). Unfortunately that seems to affect DT. I can't install it.

Would be very grateful if you could help me with this. ^_^

No error message. It just freezes during install.
