How can I remove Daemon tools manually?

I mounted a special .mds file. After reboot, my system could not work well. I thought it is related to the mds file. But whenever I tried to unmount it, the explorer was hung. And I cannot use uninstall program to remove Deamon tools, no any response, but I can find the uninstall program in the process list of task manager. I also tried to uninstall the SCSI device in hardware manager, still no work and hung.

Is there anyway I can remove Daemon tools manually, register and all files?

What happens if you disable automount and reboot?
