Error 25001. Device setup error: code 25009 Install does not finish

Hi,
Towards the end of the instllation process I get this message:
Error 25001. Device setup error: code 25009 (0x61b1)
-536870389 (0xe000020b).
Contact your support personnel.

I had CloneCD and Nero image drives installed. I tried removing them but the problem is always there, it repeats each time I try to install. Please help!
I run on Win XP sp1.

I didn't solve the problem yet, but I found out that with version 3.23 the install goes well. Maybe one of the experts will be able to find out what changed from 3.23 onwards?
