  • installation problem

    I could not get the newest Daemon Tools (4.08) installed. When starting the installation process I got an error windows on screen saying that "Internal Setup Error. Contact Support."

    I haven't had any problems with previous versions.

    Any suggestions?

    Try to disable antivirus and/or firewall software during installation,
    or if you use Dell system, remove Document Manager (part of Embassy Suite).

      Thank you but no help.

      I'm not running Dell system and I don't have any Document Manager (if Acrobat v8 is not counted) and disabling anti-virus is not working either.

      Any other ideas how to advance with this?
