Cannot change DT options

Recently, I have deleted alcohol 120% and updated daemon tools from 4.03 to 4.08. Yesterday, I found out if i change any value in the options(automount, inuse check, AIN etc..), those settings will switch back to the original value after reboot.
I have reinstall DT many times, run SPTDinst-v139-x86.exe uninstall, try reinstall old version(4.03), still no luck. Reboot keep offset any changings i made.
Is there any way i can fix this?
