reboot infinitely when install

Hello.

I rebooted after "I agree" on installation.
After reboot it began installation from first (in detail the dialog box which is "do you want to execute this program?" is popped, and I clicked Yes), and I went ahead so that rebooted again after "I agree".
on and on and on...

I could not install at last.

system:
Windows XP Prof. SP2
Intel Celeron M 1.4GHz
256MB RAM

But I found it was because kernel debugger was installed in my com. So installed of 3.47 version but bigger problem was occurred. I'll report in the next thread.
