Internal setup error during setup DT 4.0.8 x32

Hy all,
I have install DT 4.0.0 one year later and use it without problem.
Today, when rebooting my PC I received a DT error.
I un-install DT and try to install DT 4.0.8 but I receive the message "Internal setup error. Contact support".
I use Windows XP PRO SP2 French. The only change before this problem is installing MS update 'Update root certificate' http://support.microsoft.com/kb/931125.
I have the same pb with versions 4.0.6, 4.0.3 and 4.0.0
Can you help my??

Try to disable anti virus during installation.
Do you use Dell system?

i have same problem, winXP pro sp1, norton and cyberarmor
stoped profile in cyber armor and stoped nrton process and still same problem
