Anti-virus Software: Norton Anti-Virus 2003 v.9.05.15
DAEMON Tools Version: v3.33
I know that there is a thread on this issue in the common problems and solutions forum, but I'm still having trouble. I have both the cdrom files within windows/inf. The thread mentioned that I could find a button to reinstall the drivers under the drive's properties, but there isn't one there (I'm running XP). I have tried updating the drivers but it keeps telling me that it could not find a better match than what I already have installed. What should I do now?
