"NO Languarge support detected" pops even uninstalled

The text box of "NO Language support detected ! " pops up once I start the window, even I use Windows installer Cleanup utility to uninstall Daemon. Now when I click "Add or Remove program " in control panel, I could not find Daemon tool exist in there.

Can anyone help to solve the problem, I don't want to see the "No language support detected" text box to appear everytime when I start my PC, this seems not a good greeting message from Daemon.

Ensure Daemon Tools installation folder is removed.
Also remove Daemon Tools related registry entry in
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Did you install any 3rd party addons?
