Is this even a problem?

Dunno if anyone else experienced this, but I recently installed the dtools for 32 bit vista (everything installed fine).

however, when I go to run dtools, it says "please use local administrator account to run daemon tools for the first time". That's ridiculous, since I am the only account on my computer, and a local administrator account.

And help?

It's because of UAC (User Account Control) in Vista. You can either disable that function, or right-click and choose "Run as".
