Cant install daemon on xp sp2

As the title says, i have windows xp pro with sp2, and i do have the right version i have checked it like million times, but anyway, when i try to start the installer, it just says "this platform is not supported." so i was thinking that could it be becouse i have installed (unofficial but they work without problems with any other programs) Vista skins on my xp so that the installer thinks i have some f*cked up version? but it should be compatible on vista too. So, could someone tell what's the reason for it not to work?

Try to install daemon4091-x86.exe for 32-Bit or daemon4091-x64.exe for 64-Bit.

Same case, x86 file didn't solve it

I downloaded the aforementioned file from the beguinning, and the screen reads "internal setup error. contact support."
I have uninstalled previous DT version (3.06, i think).
Can u help me?

I have the same problem but my previous DT version was 4.08
