Xp pro , system reboots when DT is run

below is a post i found on the forum which describes my problem.
computer reboots when DT is run.

im on xp pro.
i searched for the drivers listed in the post and i dont have
any of them on my computer. so what next?

The BSOD* is probably caused by Starforce drivers (prosync1.sys, sfhlp01.sys, prohlp02.sys, prodrv06.sys) - either un-install or update.
Starforce tools:
Update
Remove

If you still get BSOD after update, remove all Starforce drivers (you probably need to un-install the game(s) protected by Starforce) and install Daemon Tools.
Usually you can re-install the game(s) and won't encounter any problems anymore.

First ensure you use newest SPTD layer version:

http://disc-tools.com/download/sptdbeta

and newest Daemon Tools version v4.09.1!
If this doesn't help (i.e. it still crashes with lateste versions), check if you've minidump (in Windows\Minidump folder) related to such crash. Send newest file to support@daemon-tools.cc with reference to this thread.

i am using the files you said to try.
and when i run the SPTD file from the link,
i get a bsod.

i have several minidump files, the most recent creation date
one is what i tried to open with notepad as the viewer.
most of it looks like garble, have no idea if you want me to
send that plain text then or as the raw file .dmp?
