How to mount a game that has more than one cd to install?

I'm trying to install quake 4 and I can get the first mount to work for the first .b6i file but I cant get the second .b6i file to work. Can anyone help?

There are two ways (that I know of):

When you are asked fo the second cd, mount again, but now use the other file.

OR

Add another drive and use that for the second cd.
