Daemon installl error

Operating System: WinXP sp1
Burning Software: nero
Anti-virus Software: none
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.41

I am getting the following error when installing Daemon Tools
can anybody help me please ,thank you all

"internal error 25001.25023(0*61BF)
267(0*108)"




System information: WinXP sp1,barton 2500+,Epox NF2,Seagate V 80G,KingSton 256mDDR333

My Temp Folder had 1.7G to write to

You must have read already that problem is in your Temp folder.
So please check it - we don't know what is wrong. This error is generated when file in temporaty folder cannot be created. Check permissions etc.
