DT Install Problems - Vista

I had the latest version of Vista Daemon Tools installed fine, then I had to switch user accounts on Vista. Suddenly, it acted as though Daemon tools was not installed anymore. So, I tried to re-install it.

It would run through the initial part of the install fine, then ask me to restart. I would restart but it never resumes install. If I manually start it again, it starts all over then asks to restart again.

I manually deleted any "Daemon Tools" files I could find but it doesn't help.

Any ideas?
