Vista DT, similar problems to others

Basically I had DT before installing Vista. I installed vista and DT came up saying

"Initialization error 0.
This program requires at least Windows 2000 with SPTD 1.43 or higher.
Kernel debugger must be deactivated."

I tried to uninstall and it said the installation was not validated. Could not reinstall because when I reboot the error comes up for DT already being installed and the installation does not continue.

Installed SPT 1.5 and nothing happened.

Help would be fantastic.

Uninstall DT and SPTD, make sure all traces are removed (including any directories), then reinstall.
