cd/dvd drive and burner still not recognized by computer
Hey!
I know this question has been asked before, but none of the other posts make any sense to me.
A friend made me install this program, so i really don't know anything about it. But after I installed it, by cd/dvd drive and burner (burned= external) aren't working.
For example, if i put a cd in my cd/dvd internal drive and click on it's icon in my computer, it tells me to insert a disk. Even though there is one there.
I suspected it had to do with this program, because it's the only thing i've done differently to my computer, so I uninstalled it... but the problem is still here.
Soooo... if someone could help me out with this it would be greatly appreciated. I really, really need my cd drive.
