Dear Sirs,
Upon mounting an image, the virtual drive is indicated as mounted. However, an attempt to explore contents of the image would result in an error:
"Windows cannot read from this disk. The disk might be corrupted, or it could be using a format that is not compatiable with Windows."
Used to have Roxio Easy CD Creator 5 but had uninstalled it before installing Daemon Tools v3.41.
Kindly advise on the course of action.
