    Upgrade makes Settings change to default (Drive letter and # of drives...)

    Operating System: XP-SP1 + Win98 SE
    Burning Software: Nero 5.5.10
    Anti-virus Software: N/A
    DAEMON Tools Version: eg 3.33 to 3.41

    :o After upgrading from previous versions, all settings are returned to defaults. Is there any way of preventing this?

    No way currently, because new installation removes old version completly with all registry settings to avoid blacklists etc.
