Moint image file from real CD \ DVD drive - freezes OS

When tried to mount .iso image file, written to DVD drive - daemon tools showing moint status and freezes so nothing happends. Why images written to real CD - DVD as files didn`t mount, but after copying image file from CD back to HDD - its began to mount perfectly. Is there a way to make posible mounting image files, witten to CD`s or DVD`s as files.

Actually, you should be able to. I don't think I can help you, but please post more technical data (which CD/DVD drive, operating system, burning programs etc. you use?)

Yes, any image written directly to CD or DVD should perfectly mount from there. We need more info about your system etc.
