Mounting Successful, But No response from program

Hi, when i want press mount image, it shows on the menu of daemon that it has mounted by there is no response from the program. Furthermore, in my computer there is no evidence of the program being mounted on the virtual drive, even when i right click on the drive and mount the program that way. I have recently had my computer reformatted. Does anyone have any idea of what is happening?

Me frive has the letter F:\
I mount a C&C 3 image, and I begin to install, and all looks fine. But when the installer is about 60% the nstaller ask for the cd?, and I look in my computer and the virtuel drive is unmounted. try and mount again, but after a minute it happens again.

It means virtual drive is not able to access image file - it is broken or unaccessible.
