    0xc0000005 error when trying to run DT

    Iґve installed DT pro advanced 4.10.0218 and when i try to run the application i get this error message: dtpro.exe - The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005) Click on Ok to terminate. I donґt know what is the problem, i uninstalled the older version properly. I really donґt know. Could someone help me please?
