why i doesnt have vIDE?

im wondering why I only have the vSCSI ? is there any method to change it to vIDE?

1. Where is your customer tag
2. What version of DT you have? (basic advanced (enz.))
3. Did you start the vIDE adapter?
4. vIDE is not supported yet in Windows XP x64 version.

I had asked this question once before as well, since I was unaware of #4. Another question (though slightly offtopic here): Is x64 vIDE support in progress, or is it simply being left out?

I remember back when I first ordered DTPro (before even I could bitch about x64 support being late initially) that x64 support and vIDE were the two big features I was waiting on.

I take it something about the way vIDE is structured makes it difficult to do on x64?

Runs fine on Vista x64, maybe its time for an upgrade?
