What about at least instead of just an error message giving a Message with a Yes and No Answer that will automatically rename the setup - of course you would have to be ready for another error when the file cannot be renamed, e.g. if it already exists or missing rights or ... - (best would be doing this temporarily; should be possible through the installer - however that is not the real reason why I suggest this) because otherwise you have to look on how the file was called a.s.o.

I have not renamed the file (it's daemon4301-lite.exe), but I get the same error.
It says: "Internal setup error. Error code: 14. Contact support."Comment

I found the problem. I moved the installed to a NTFS partition and it worked. I had the file on an ext3 partition before.

The installer was on an ext3 partition, that was the problem. When I moved it to a ntfs partition, it worked.
