USB Broke

I just tried to install daemon tools again and i clicked to reboot so it could continue installing, but when it loaded back up my usb ports no longer work.

Tried in safe mode, still the same problem. Having to use my storage/other partition for this.

Running on XP x64, and i used the x64 daemon tools. Im guessing the problem is with the SPTD thing as DT didnt even install yet, any way i can uninstall/remove that from this partition? Only have a USB keyboard+mouse so i cant really do anything on that partition until its fixed

Well it doesnt really matter so much now because im gonna put 32bit back on so i can use my tv card and stuff again. But it would be nice to know a solution anyway incase it happens again, or if it happens tp someone else
