Having issues with DT Lite 4.11 X86 SPTD

okay before you all say "GO common probs and solutions" Read very carefully
one day DT Decided to randomly say, I Will not work, something about kernal debuggers and what not, so read on here to reinstall, did so, well tried, i get to the point of, "Restart to finish" so I Restart, and its making me go thru an infinite loop of same installing and never finishing. So I Read on here again, and Tried to install SPTD, same issues, its like it never was installed and keeps telling me to restart. I have no real idea of what to do, I've tied after "Installing" to find the files and nope, nothings even installing as far as i can tell.

Now I am running Vista Ultimate 32 bit with a system performance rating of 5.5. and I have no idea of what to try to do next, so if anyone would like to help, I would really appreciate it.

Download the latest SPTD 1.55 setup from http://www.duplexsecure.com
Uninstall SPTD driver using SPTD setup. Restart your system.
Open Start menu -> Run... -> start regedit.exe (standard system registry editor).
Find "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\S ervi ces\sptd" registry key and remove it.
Uninstall DAEMON Tools or just remove DT folder with all the files.
Download the latest DAEMON Tools Lite and install it.

Remove "sptd" key then restart your system and reinstall the latest DT

You must enable all permissions of sptd\cfg key first.

Rightclick on entry, permissions and set full access for everyone and system.
