Is an internet connection required for the purchased versions?

I don't have an internet connection at home (which of course is the only place I have any use for Daemon Tools) and I see now that the trial version requires an internet connection.

Do the purchased versions have this restriction as well?
I don't think I'm ready to actually buy-without-trying right now, but I might in the future.
